As part of the 2027 National Festival activities, the Club has arranged a day trip to Twycross Zoo.
Date : Friday 28th May 2027.
Departure time around 9:30am tbc
Departure from Twycross around 4/4:30pm tbc
Price includes return bus travel and entrance to the zoo.
Prices are :
Adult - 17yrs+ - £20
Child - 3yrs to 16yrs - £15
Infant - Under 3 - free entrance but need to be booked in. No allocated seat on the bus. If seat required £4
You need to book your zoo trip places on the Rally Booking Form and Head Office will contact you take payment for the trip separately to the rally fee. There are a strictly limited number of places.
Please note that the zoo tickets are subject to the refund policy of the third party which states; "Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable (to a different date)."
However, we would do our very best to try and re-sell them at the National if possible.

THE MOTORCARAVANNERS’ CLUB – REFUND POLICY
Introduction
The Motor Caravanners Club (MCC) refund policy is primary designed to support members when making a booking for our MCC National event. We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while balancing the costs of organising the MCC National Event. Cancellation rules are governed by these specific terms and conditions (T&Cs) which you must agree to when booking your National tickets.
Up to 14-day cooling off period, following making a booking:If you cancel your booking on or before this date, you will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable booking or administration fees (if applicable). The MCC legally DO NOT have to give a 14-day cooling off period by law, as the leisure service industry is exempt. However, for the MCC National event it is only fair that membership is given the opportunity for a cooling off period of 14 days.
28 days prior to the MCC National (29thApril 2027):Cancellations received after this date may be eligible for a partial refund less £30 administration fee, provided we are able to recover the costs associated with your booking.
Coach Trip: The third party company refund policy will apply to any coach trips that are booked while attending the MCC National, e.g. Twycross Zoo.
Medical or Emergency Circumstances:We recognise that unforeseen situations can arise. If you are unable to attend due to a medical issue or other genuine emergency, please contact the MCC head office as soon as possible. Refund requests in these circumstances will be considered sympathetically and may require supporting documentation.
How to Cancel:All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to the MCC head office. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
